McIntosh falling out of favor: Redskins defensive coordinator Jim Haslett said second year LB Perry Riley will start for a second consecutive game Week 11 against the Cowboys. Riley 's ascension means less time for fifth-year LB Rocky McIntosh, who is a free agent after the season. "Rocky in his first four games was playing well," Haslett said.
