McCarthy has more work for Nelson: Think we saw the best of Jordy Nelson in 2011? Statistically, we might have, but he put up 68 catches for 1,263 yards and a whopping 15 touchdowns on under 100 targets. He played fewer snaps than teammate Greg Jennings, and Jennings missed three games with an injury. Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said a goal for himself this offseason is to make sure Nelson gets more opportunities. "Jordy is a perfect example of a guy that was given more opportunites last year and performed outstanding," McCarthy said. "It's important to keep moving him around, probably play him in the slot a little more than he's played in the past. Those are the types of things that we look at. Continue to try and give him matchups, maybe expand his route tree where maybe he's the focus. Not that he can't run those routes, it's more about having the opportunities. The statistics speak for themselves."

Fantasy Analysis
When asked about the number of snaps Nelson had last season, McCarthy admitted that he doesn't keep track of receiver snaps and suggested that rotations had something to do with it. " I view Jordy as a starter and he was given starter opportunities last year," he said. We think the sky's the limit for Nelson, who has caught just over 70 percent of the passes thrown at him over the last two seasons. That telling stat should stick out as a positive, along with his 2011 production of course. We think Nelson has a good shot to repeat as a double-digit touchdown producer, making him worthy of being taken as a borderline No. 1/No. 2 Fantasy receiver worth a pick in late Round 3 or early Round 4.
