Nelson stays quiet early on: Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson failed to get it going early on as he endured a rough performance during Saturday's NFC Divisional Playoff game against the 49ers. He was unable to come up with a grab in the first quarter but bounced back with a decent second half. Nelson was targeted seven times and finished with five catches for 46 yards in a 45-31 defeat.

Fantasy Analysis
Nelson may have still been bothered early on by his troublesome ankle injury, but managed to pick up the slack with a more productive second half. The 27-year-old struggled in the postseason and picked up just 97 yards on eight catches in two games. He finished the regular season with 73 targets and 43 catches for 745 yards and seven touchdowns in 12 games played. He was bothered by injuries throughout the year which limited him from his potential and will try to bounce back in 2013. Consider him a mid-round selection worth drafting as early as the fifth round in standard Draft formats next season.
