Jets begin making cuts: On Tuesday the Jets released pass rushing linebacker Calvin Pace, safety Eric Smith, offensive tackle Jason Smith and waived tight end Josh Baker. The move opened up roughly $24 million in salary cap space. (Updated 2/19/13)
