Redskins re-sign Cooley: Multiple sources report the Redskins have re-signed tight end Chris Cooley in the wake of losing tight end Fred Davis to an Achilles injury.

Fantasy Analysis
Durability issues have been responsible for Cooley's career decline. However, he knows the Redskins' system and could be a fallback option for Washington in case Logan Paulsen and Niles Paul fail to fill the void created by Davis' absence. It's not time to run out and add Cooley in Fantasy just yet. He has to prove healthy and productive before he becomes a viable Fantasy addition.
