Redskins officially cut Hall
by Dave Richard \| Senior Fantasy Writer (3/11/13) Cornerback DeAngelo Hall has been released by the Redskins, a casualty of the team's NFL-imposed salary cap penalty on the eve of the start of free agency. He was due to make $7.5 million in salary in 2013.

'Highly likely' Redskins cut Hall
by Dave Richard \| Senior Fantasy Writer (3/8/13) The Washington Post reports it is "highly likely" according to a source that the team will release cornerback DeAngelo Hall, saving them quite a chunk of cap space. Hall is slated to make $7.5 million in 2013 and $9 million in 2014. Hall amassed 95 total tackles, 14 passes defensed, four interceptions and a sack last season. He had finger surgery this offseason but is expected to be fine.

According to the NFL Players Association, Hall is slated to make $7.5 million in 2013 and $9 million in 2014. Hall amassed 95 total tackles, 14 passes defensed, four interceptions and a sack last season.
