| Coach confirms Harris-to-Colts signing |
| (8/4/11) The Indianapolis Star confirmed Wednesday that he Colts signed three-time Pro Bowl DT Tommie Harris. Coach Jim Caldwell said that the team is bringing in more free agents than usual, but Harris has a chance to play in a system he knows. “What we know is he’s familiar with our system, he’s been in our system and understands how it operates and he’s a guy who can give you a little juice as well,” Caldwell said of Harris. “We’re excited about having the opportunity to throw him out there on the field.” |
