Fantasy Analysis
The 30-year-old Wilfork had 10 tackles last week against the Colts and scored his first touchdown of the season on Sunday against the Redskins. Wilfork has 43 tackles overall this year with 2 1/2 sacks and two interceptions. Wilfork has been solid lately, but should be considered mostly a low-end Fantasy option for IDP formats. 02/04/2012 15:24 Rating the teams: Comparing the Giants and Patriots, then and now
Four years ago, the Patriots were on the verge of history, the Giants scrappy underdogs. Comparing 2007 with 2011, Pete Prisco finds New York has gotten better while the Pats have regressed. What will it mean Sunday?
Vince Wilfork is a key player for the Patriots defense, but he has minimal Fantasy value in IDP leagues. Wilfork is more of a run-stuffer than anything else and doesn't produce enough stats to help your Fantasy team (he has 13 career sacks, for example). Ignore him in all leagues on Draft Day.
