Jaguars sign kicker Coutu: The Jaguars needed a kicker with veteran Josh Scobee on the franchise tag. They got one in little-used veteran Brandon Coutu. He made three extra points and missed one field goal in Week 17 last year for the Bills. (Updated 05/14/2012)
