You can't be surprised by this news after Cassel was benched at halftime Week 11 vs. Cincinnati. Quinn didn't have a strong performance off the bench, but Cassel hasn't gotten the job done in 2012, so Kansas City wants to see what Quinn can do. We aren't expecting a great performance from Quinn, so he is just a desperation Fantasy start Week 12. Fantasy owners can dump Cassel back onto waivers.
