Stroughter moved to IR: The Buccaneers placed wide receiver Sammie Stroughter on season-ending injured reserve with a broken foot, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Stroughter recorded just one reception for 14 yards in two games this season. The Bucs signed rookie receiver Chris Owusu from the Chargers' practice squad to take his place on the active roster.
