Anderson big on turnovers: Panthers LB James Anderson, who had a season-high 17 tackles last week, wasn't quite as productive in that category Week 15 at Houston, finishing with six (five solo). He did, however, contribute two turnovers, recording his second interception of the season and also recovering a fumble. (Updated 12/18/2011)

Fantasy Analysis
Anderson now has 123 tackles on the season, which is obviously the main reason you start him in Fantasy, but it's nice to know he can do other things even when the tackles aren't there for him. Keep him active as a high-end LB in Fantasy IDP leagues. (Updated 12/18/2011).
James Anderson might be the best Fantasy linebacker you've never heard of. Or maybe you've heard of him and want some reassurance that he'll remain a monster tackler in Carolina. He should - with 145 total tackles last year and 270 over his last two seasons, Anderson has proven to be a legit run stopper. But he's also totaled 5.0 sacks, 14 passes defensed, three interceptions and two forced fumbles over his last two seasons, so he can deliver a lot more besides big tackle totals. Though there might be some changes along the Panthers linebacker corps, including the return of Jon Beason, it's believed that Anderson will remain the strong-side linebacker and pick up a slew of tackles. We'd trust him as a low-end No. 1 Fantasy linebacker but you might be able to draft him as a No. 2 with a mid-round pick because he doesn't have a Pro-Bowl pedigree. (Updated 4/19/12)
