Bullitt ends up on IR again: The Colts placed DB Melvin Bullitt on IR Wednesday for the second straight season with the same shoulder injury that ended his 2010 season early. “I just talked to him and it’s that darned shoulder again,’’ Bullitt’s father, Jerry, told the Indianapolis Star. “He did everything he had to in order to come back stronger.
