To the house: CB Porter joins Peyton: The Broncos lured cornerback Tracy Porter, who picked off one of Peyton Manning's passes in the Saints' win over the Colts in the Super Bowl three years ago. Now, both will try to win a second Super Bowl together with the Broncos. Porter spent his first four seasons in New Orleans, collecting seven interceptions, 37 pass deflections, four forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. He also started six playoff games, and the highlight of his career is a 74-yard interception return for a TD in the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl that denied Manning a second championship. Fantasy Analysis
Porter is injury prone and has yet to play a 16-game season. But playing in Denver opposite Champ Bailey should mean that Porter will get targeted a decent amount. He's never been a huge stat producer but could be worth a look late in deeper drafts as a reserve. He's also a solid one-week replacement choice during the season, especially if Manning's arm puts points on the board for the Broncos and opponents have to throw to catch up. (Updated 03/23/2012).
