Foster skipping Pro Bowl: The Houston Chronicle reports that Texans RB Arian Foster, who was selected to his second Pro Bowl, won’t play because of an injury to his foot. There was no mention of the injury following Foster's performance against Baltimore in the divisional round of the playoffs when he ran for 132 yards and a touchdown and also caught five passes for 22 yards. The report says the Texans also would like to sign Foster to a long-term deal. If they are unable to, they will tender him at the maximum and would match any offer he receives from another team.

Fantasy Analysis
We expect Foster to be fine heading into 2012, and hopefully the Texans can work out an extension with him. Consider Foster a No. 1 RB heading into next year, and he is definitely worth drafting at No. 1 overall. He led all non-quarterbacks in standard Fantasy leagues with 18.3 points per week.
