McKelvin should be able to play on Sunday, although that doesn't really matter to Fantasy owners at this point. He has lost his role as a starter in the Bills' secondary and was being used exclusively on special teams in Week 12. Even when healthy, McKelvin isn't worth owning at this point in the season.
