Fantasy Analysis
Before the injury, Chung was piling up a good number of tackles for a defensive back. You might not want to trust him in Fantasy after such a long layoff, but if you're in search of a DB for the season's final week, he's worth a look. (Updated 01/01/2012).
03/26/2012 18:51 Draft needs: New England Patriots
Tom Brady is still Tom Brady, and that's enough to keep the Patriots atop the AFC East and maddeningly close to another Super Bowl crown. But Clark Judge says they have a fistful of picks they need to fill many gaps.
Pat Chung had a breakout year in 2010, but a foot injury in 2011 ruined his production. He will look to rebound this year, and we think he is worth drafting in all IDP leagues with a late-round pick. Chung finished 2011 with 62 total tackles (37 solo), one sack and one interception in just eight games. That pales in comparison to his 2010 totals when he had 100 total tackles, three interceptions and one defensive touchdown as he became a significant contributor in New England's defensive backfield. Look for Chung to play well again this season, and he should have a rebound year. He has the chance to start in deeper leagues as long as he keeps playing as he did in 2010. (Updated 4/25/12)
