Of the four, the only one with some Fantasy appeal is Chung, who could start at safety and rack up some stats if he can stay healthy. He's a former Oregon Duck and worked with Chip Kelly there, so the move makes sense for him. The rest of the players will contribute to the defense but not to Fantasy owners' stat lines.

| Pat Chung signed with the Eagles this year. He is coming off a down year in 2012 with the Patriots when he appeared in just 11 games and finished with 45 total tackles (29 solo), two interceptions and five pass defenses. In the past two years he has combined for 107 total tackles, one sack and three interceptions in 19 games. Compare that to 2010 when he had 100 total tackles, three interceptions and one defensive touchdown as he became a significant contributor in New England’s defensive backfield. We hope he can get back to being that player, but a lot will depend on how the Eagles use him. He’s worth the gamble with a mid-round pick in IDP leagues this year. (Updated 4/26/13) |
