Preseason Outlook

Bradshaw gets company in Wilson: The Giants selected Virginia Tech running back David Wilson with the No. 32 overall pick in the 2012 draft, and he will be the No. 2 running back in New York behind Ahmad Bradshaw. Wilson will replace the departed Brandon Jacobs, who is now in San Francisco. (Updated 04/26/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Wilson is not Jacobs at 5-foot-10, 205 pounds. In fact, he plays more like Bradshaw, but we're not concerned about his presence hurting Bradshaw much. We knew the Giants were going to add depth to their backfield, and Bradshaw will still get the majority of carries. If Bradshaw's foot history becomes a problem again then Wilson's value will rise, but we still consider Bradshaw a solid No. 2 Fantasy option in all leagues. He should be drafted by Round 3, and Wilson is a great handcuff with a late-round pick. (Updated 04/26/2012).
