Bad behavior during lockout cannot go unpunished
Can Roger Goodell punish players for their conduct during the lockout? Popular consensus says no. Gregg Doyel says yes. And here's why: Just because the lockout is temporary doesn't mean players have carte blance to be idiots. That's stupid.
