Larry Fitzgerald, Tyrann Mathieu ready to go for Cardinals

(12/21/14) The Cardinals will have both Larry Fitzgerald and Tyrann Mathieu Week 16 against the Seahawks.

Both players came into the game listed as probable, and were always expected to play. Fitzgerald is battling a knee injury. Mathieu has a thumb issue.

The team will also have Lorenzo Alexander, Calais Campbell, Paul Fanaika, Larry Foote, Jared Veldheer and Kerwynn Williams for the contest. All six players were listed as probable.

The team's only questionable player, Jaron Brown, is also active. He's dealing with a toe injury.

(12/19/14) The Cardinals have ruled guard Jonathan Cooper (wrist) out, quarterback Drew Stanton (knee) doubtful and wide receiver Jaron Brown (toe) questionable for Sunday's home game against Seattle.

Meanwhile, the following players were deemed probable: Outside linebacker Lorenzo Alexander (knee), defensive end Calais Campbell (hip), guard Paul Fanaika (ankle), wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald (knee), inside linebacker Larry Foote (knee), safety Tyrann Mathieu (thumb), tackle Jared Veldheer (ankle) and running back Kerwynn Williams (knee).

Cardinals list Week 15 inactives vs. Rams Thursday

(12/11/14) The Cardinals have listed the following players as inactive for Thursday's Week 15 matchup with the Rams: safety Tyrann Mathieu (thumb), guards Paul Fanaika (ankle) and Anthony Steen, defensive ends Josh Mauro and Kareem Martin, defensive tackle Alameda Ta'amu and linebacker Kenny Demens.

Mathieu and Fanaika had been previously ruled out, while the team's other players on the final injury report are all active.

Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald probable on final Week 15 injury list

(12/10/14) Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald (knee) has been listed as probable for Thursday's Week 15 matchup with the Rams after participating fully in practice Wednesday.

Fitzgerald caught four passes for 34 yards in Week 14 after returning from a two-game absence. He was limited in the team's first two practices of the week before putting in a full practice Wednesday.

Five other players are listed as probable after participating fully in practice Wednesday, including quarterback Drew Stanton (ankle, knee), offensive tackle Jared Veldheer (ankle) and linebackers Larry Foote (foot), Matt Shaughnessy (shoulder) and Lorenzo Alexander (knee).

Cornerback Antonio Cromartie (ankle) is listed as questionable to face the Rams after being a limited participant in practice for the second straight day Wednesday. The team has ruled safety Tyrann Mathieu (thumb) and guard Paul Fanaika (ankle) out.

(12/7/14) The Cardinals declared running back Andre Ellington (hip), safety Tyrann Mathieu (thumb), defensive tackle Ed Stinson (toe), defensive tackle Alameda Ta'amu, offensive lineman Anthony Steen, guard Paul Fanaika and defensive end Kareem Martin inactive for the game against the Chiefs.
