Kehl lands in D.C.: The Washington Redskins added a veteran presence to their linebacker corps on Monday, signing unrestricted free agent Brian Kehl according to The Sports Xchange. Kehl, who turns 28 in June, returns to the NFC East, where he started his NFL career with the Giants in 2008. Originally a fourth-round pick out of Brigham Young University (123rd overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft, Kehl played 31 games in New York before being released in September 2010. He landed in St. Louis, where he played 28 games in two seasons. He made 15 tackles in 2011, including two for a loss. (Updated 04/24/2012)
