Manningham rehabbing but no timetable
by Dave Richard \| Senior Fantasy Writer (5/23/13) Speaking on SiriusXM NFL Radio, Niners receiver Mario Manningham said he's feeling good and that his knee is getting stronger but has no timetable for his return. Manningham is hoping to be in the mix to help fill in for hurt Niners receiver Michael Crabtree but has to work his way back from a torn ACL first.

Manningham in line for No. 3 role
by Jamey Eisenberg \| Senior Fantasy Writer (5/6/13) Comcast Sports Net reports that 49ers receiver Mario Manningham is the front-runner for the No. 3 receiver job in San Francisco if healthy. Manningham is coming off a torn ACL last year. He is expected to enter training camp in a competition with second-year receiver A.J. Jenkins and rookie Quinton Patton for the third job behind Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin.

by Dave Richard \| Senior Fantasy Writer (2/22/13) 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh said Friday he wasn't sure if receiver Mario Manningham would be ready for the start of training camp. Manningham tore his ACL and PCL in Week 16 of last year.

Manningham to be limited in camp
by Jamey Eisenberg \| Senior Fantasy Writer (2/8/13) Comcast Sports Net reports that 49ers receiver Mario Manningham, who suffered a torn ACL and PCL in Week 16, is scheduled to make $3.95 million on the second year of his two-year contract in 2013. He underwent knee surgery and is not expected to be ready until the latter stages of training camp. When he's healthy, he figures to be back as a major contributor.
