Cook activated off IR: The Vikings activated cornerback Chris Cook on Saturday. Cook was on injured reserve but was designated to return. He missed eight weeks due to a broken arm. The team also activated defensive end George Johnson from the practice squad. Minnesota waived tight end Allen Reisner and guard Mark Asper to make room.
