(8/15/2014) The Saints will be without the following players for Friday's preseason game against the Titans: Drew Brees, Marques Colston, Champ Bailey, Rod Sweeting, Erik Lorig, David Hawthorne, Kyle Knox, Ben Grubbs, Jahri Evans, Ty Nsekhe, Victor Butler, John Jenkins, Kenny Stills, Je'Ron Hamm, Patrick Robinson and Jairus Byrd.

(9/18/2013) The Saints put cornerback Patrick Robinson on season-ending injured reserve with a patellar tendon injury. Robinson suffered the injury Sunday against Tampa Bay.

Patrick Robinson carted off with leg injury

(9/15/2013) Saints defensive back Patrick Robinson was carted off the field during the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Bucaneers with a leg injury. Robinson went down while being blocked on a running play. He had his leg placed in an air cast immediately after the injury.

Robinson was ruled out for the remainder of the game and could be in danger of missing some game action moving forward. The Saints host Arizona in Week 3.

Seven Saints ready to go in Week 2

(9/15/2013) Saints defensive back Jabari Greer, defensive lineman Akiem Hicks, defensive lineman Tom Johnson, defensive back Patrick Robinson and defensive back Corey White were all ruled active for Sunday's showdown at Tampa Bay in Week 2.

In addition, Junior Galette (hamstring), Martez Wilson (elbow) were also ruled active despite dealing with injuries during the week.

(9/13/2013) The Saints have seven players whose status entering Sunday's game against the Buccaneers in Week 2 is in question, due to a variety of injuries. Based on Friday's practice, the team has the following players listed as questionable: safety Roman Harper (knee); defensive linemen Tom Johnson (foot), Glenn Foster (ankle) and Akiem Hicks (knee); defensive backs Corey White (illness), Patrick Robinson (foot) and Jabari Greer (back).

Saints defenders leave with injuries

(9/8/2013) Saints defensive linemen Brodrick Bunkley (right leg) and Tyrunn Walker (left leg) and defensive back Patrick Robinson (undisclosed leg injury) all left Week 1 against the Falcons. Coach Sean Payton did not provide updates on their condition after the game. The only one to make any sort of statistical contribution before leaving was Robinson, who finished with two tackles, one solo.

Saints place Victor Butler, Patrick Robinson on PUP list

(7/26/2013) In addition to Marques Colston, the Saints placed linebacker Victor Butler and cornerback Patrick Robinson on the Physically Unable to Perform list. 

Butler tore his ACL in June and is a longshot to play at all this season. Robinson had arthroscopic knee surgery this offseason and "has been outstanding" in his progress according to coach Sean Payton. He should be off the list soon.

(12/24/2012) Saints defensive back Patrick Robinson matched a season high with eight tackles, including seven solo stops, during New Orleans' 34-31 overtime win at Dallas in Week 16. Robinson stayed active for the game despite being listed as questionable with a groin injury.
