Titans unveil Week 9 inactives

(11/3/2013) The Titans inactives list for Week 9 against the Rams Sunday features four players from the injury report, along with three healthy scratches. Offensive lineman Robert Turner (shoulder) and David Stewart (shoulder) were joined by linebacker Moise Fokou (knee) and defensive back Michael Griffin (quadriceps) are all unable to play due to injuries.

They are joined by healthy scratches in Pat McQuistan, Lavar Edwards and Zac Diles


Titans a bit battered heading into Week 9 game in St. Louis

(11/1/2013) The Titans list two players as out and six others questionable for the game Sunday against the Rams. Those already deemed out are linebacker Moise Fokou (knee) and offensive lineman Robert Turner (shoulder).

Those desginated as questionable are linebacker Zaviar Gooden (hamstring), safety Michael Griffin (quad), wide receiver Justin Hunter (finger), defensive end Ropati Pitoitua (calf), tight end Craig Stevens (back) and tackle David Stewart (shoulder).

Linebacker Patrick Bailey (hamstring) and defensive tackle Jurrell Casey (ankle) are both probable.


Shoulder injury sidelines Rob Turner for year

(10/30/2013) Titans center Robert Turner has been placed on IR with a shoulder injury and has been replaced on the roster by veteran lineman Pat McQuistan. In addition, the team has waived wideout Rashad Ross from the practice squad.

Titans O-line duo dealing with injuries

(10/18/2013) The Titans are dealing with a pair of injuries on the offensive line, but they could have both players available for Week 7 against the 49ers. Tackle David Stewart (ankle) was able to practice in full Thursday and Friday and is probable, while guard Robert Turner (shoulder) was limited Friday and is officially questionable for Sunday's game. 

Alterraun Verner, Robert Turner all but set as starters

(5:56 pm ET) Titans cornerback Alterraun Verner and guard Robert Turner not only have last names that rhyme, but they are also the favorites to start at their respective positions, according to The Tennesseean. Mike Munchak made that pronouncement on Wednesday.

Verner started all 16 games for the Titans last season and finished the season with 77 tackles and two interceptions.
