Packers list inactives for Week 12

(11/23/2014) The Packers have listed QB Scott Tolzien, CB Jarrett Bush, LB Nick Perry, LB Carl Bradford, C Garth Gerhart, WR Jeff Janis and TE Brandon Bostick as inactive Week 12 against the Vikings.

Bostick had previously been ruled out prior to Sunday. Both Bush and Perry came into the contest listed as questionable. Bush is dealing with a groin injury, Perry has a shoulder issue. The other four players are healthy scratches. 


Two starting defensive backs among Packers' inactives

Also sitting out are defensive end Datone Jones (ankle), quarterback Scott Tolzien, linebacker Carl Bradford, center Garth Gerhart and wideout Jeff Janis.

Linsley started his final 26 collegiate games and was an all-Big Ten first team center last season. He will likely compete with JC Tretter and Garth Gerhart for the center job.

(8/31/2013) Quarterback Vince Young, running back Alex Green and tight end D.J. Williams were among the veterans cut by the Packers on Saturday. But the team waived many more in getting down to the mandated 53.

The following are also gone: fullback Jonathan Amosa, safeties Chaz Powell and David Fulton, centers Patrick Lewis and Garth Gerhart, tackle Kevin Hughes, wide receivers Miles White, Tyrone Walker and Charles Johnson, linebackers Donte Savage, Dezman Moses and Terrell Manning, cornerbacks Brandon Smith, James Nixon and Loyce Means, defensive tackle Jordan Miller, and tight ends Jake Stoneburner and Matthew Mulligan

(8/31/2013) The Green Bay Packers have released the following players from their roster in an effort to get down to 53 players: OL Garth Gerhart, OL Kevin Hughes, S David Fulton, CB Loyce Means, OT Andrew Datko, FB Jonathan Amosa, WR Ty Walker and LB Donte Savage.

These players may or may not get resigned to the team's practice squad. They could also end up on another NFL roster down the line.
