'Bullygate' contributor John Jerry now an NFL Giant

by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com
(3/22/2014) John Jerry, who was cited by investigators as one of the Dolphins who "engaged in a pattern of harrassment" directed at fellow offensive lineman Jonathan Martin in the bullying scandal of 2013, has been signed by the Giants.

His new team did not address those issues when it announced his acquisition, per the New York Daily News.

The guard started every game in the last two seasons for Miami.

Receiver Mike Wallace's status remains unknown since he missed the Hall of Fame game with a groin injury, and defensive lineman Randy Starks (knee) and offensive lineman John Jerry (knee) and cornerback Jamar Taylor (hernia) are out.

Report: RG John Jerry might need knee surgery

by Larry Hartstein | CBSSports.com
(7/28/2013) Dolphins right guard John Jerry suffered a knee injury last week that has put him on crutches and might require surgery, reports the Miami Herald.

The team hopes the knee responds to treatement. But if Jerry is out for an extended stretch, Miami could try a number of different starting combinations on the offensive line, according to the report.

Dolphins already down a starter on the O-line?

by Dave Richard | Senior Fantasy Writer
(7/26/2013) It appears Dolphins starting right guard John Jerry is injured as he didn't practice Friday and coach Joe Philbin won't give an update on his health. The Miami Herald reports the team told rookie Dallas Thomas to be ready to work with the first-team offense.

On Friday, Thomas worked at left guard and Richie Incognito moved to right guard with the starters.
