Ravens clear five injured players for Week 14

(12/8/2013) Ravens defensive end Chris Canty (shoulder), cornerback Asa Jackson (thigh), wide receiver Brandon Stokley (knee), cornerback Lardarius Webb (abdomen) and cornerback Jimmy Smith (concussion) were all cleared to play Week 14 vs. Minnesota. Everyone was listed as questionable except for Smith, who was probable.

(11/17/2013) The Ravens have made DT Haloti Ngata, WR Marlon Brown, S Omar Brown, RB Bernard Scott, WR Brandon Stokley, C Ryan Jensen and LB John Simon inactive Week 11 against the Bears.

The two big surprises on the list are Ngata and Stokley. Ngata was unable to practice all week. Stokley was listed as probable heading into the game.

(11/1/2013) The Ravens have been decimated with injuries this season, but are getting healthy in a hurry. Only seven players dot their Friday injury report and all but two are probable for Sunday in Cleveland.

The bad news is that starting guard Kelechi Osemele (back) will need back surgery and could be out for the year. Wide receiver Brandon Stokley (thigh) is questionable.

Probable for the game are nose tackle Terrence Cody (knee), offensive linemen Ryan Jensen (foot) and Michael Oher (ankle), linebacker Josh Bynes (finger/thigh) and running back Bernard Pierce (thigh).

(10/4/2013) The Ravens could have a limited wide receiving corps for Week 5 against the Dolphins Sunday, due to a number of injuries along the depth chart.

Starter Marlon Brown (thigh) is considered questionable for Sunday's game, after making his first appearance in practice Friday due. He is joined on the injury report by Brandon Stokley (thigh), Deonte Thompson (head) and Jacoby Jones (knee), all of whom are questionable for the game as well.

(10/3/2013) The good news/bad news dynamic continued on the practice field for the injury-riddled Ravens receiving corps on Thursday, reports the Baltimore Sun.

The good news is that Jacoby Jones practiced for the second straight day after being absent since sustaining an MCL injury in the season opener in Denver. Jones is also a Pro Bowl kick returner. And Brandon Stokley (groin) practiced as well after working on a limited basis Wednesday.

The bad news is that fellow wideouts Marlon Brown (hamstring) and Deonte Thompson (concussion) remained sidelined from practice.

(10/2/2013) Ravens Pro Bowl kick returner and wide receiver Jacoby Jones is back at practice for the first time since an MCL injury knocked him out of the season opener in Denver, the Baltimore Sun is reporting.

The team received further encouraging news with the return of wide receiver Brandon Stokley (groin) to practice.

The battered wide receiver corps is indeed getting healthier, though Marlon Brown (hamstring) is still sidelined.
