(12/5/2014) The Cardinals waived running back Michael Bush and tight end Matthew Mulligan Friday, reports the team’s website.

The Cardinals signed Bush to help provide backfield depth, but Bush never received a carry for the Cardinals.

With two open roster spots, the Cardinals promoted running back Kerwynn Williams from the team's practice squad and activated linebacker Matt Shaughnessy from short-term IR.

The Cardinals play the Chiefs Week 14.

(11/30/2014) The Cardinals have listed, WR Larry Fitzgerald, RB Michael Bush, LB Desmond Bishop, LB Kenny Demens, DT Alameda Ta'amu, DT Ed Stinson and TE Matthew Mulligan as inactive for Week 13 against the Falcons.

Fitzgerald is dealing with a knee injury. He was unable to practice on Wednesday and Thursday, but put in limited work on Friday. Bush is still learning the system, and will not play this week. Demens and Stinson were ruled out prior to Sunday.

(11/23/2014) The Cardinals have listed the following players as inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Seahawks: wide Larry Fitzgerald (knee), defensive tackles Ed Stinson (toe) and Alameda Ta’amu, running back Kerwynn Williams, tight end Matthew Mulligan and linebackers Desmond Bishop and Glenn Carson.

Fitzgerald's absence breaks a streak of 110 consecutive games played after he was listed as questionable. Stinson had previously been ruled out with his toe injury.

His season comes to an end with only three catches for 38 yards. In a corresponding move, Arizona signed tight end Matthew Mulligan Tuesday.

Also snagging one each for New England were running back James Develin (31 yards), wide receiver Austin Collie (5 yards) and tight end Matthew Mulligan (15 yards).

(4/8/2013) The Green Bay Press Gazette reports that the Packers signed tight end Matthew Mulligan to a one-year contract on Sunday. He will compete for the No. 2 tight end job behind Jermichael Finley, but Mulligan is better known for his blocking than receiving. Mulligan, 28, has played in all 16 regular-season games in each of the past two seasons, including last year with the Rams when he posted career-highs with nine starts, eight catches for 84 yards and a touchdown.
