49ers coach Jim Harbaugh was tight-lipped Monday on whether starting linebacker Ahmad Brooks will be disciplined for an alleged assault on teammate Lamar Divens at Brooks’ home.
“We've had conversations but not that we're going to talk about out here," Harbaugh told the San Jose Mercury News.
Prosecutors announced Thursday that Brooks won’t face charges for the June 8 incident, according to the paper.
Brooks started every game the past two years. He made 46 tackles, 6 1/2 sacks and two forced fumbles last season.
