Colts list T.Y. Hilton, Vontae Davis as questionable for Sunday

(12/19/2014) The Colts revealed wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) and cornerback Vontae Davis (groin) are being listed as questionable for Sunday’s game at Dallas.

While Hilton was not able to practice at all this week, Davis was a limited participant in Thursday and Friday’s practice.

The Colts ruled Gosder Cherilus (groin), Joe Reitz (ankle) and Hugh Thornton (knee) as out. While Josh Cribbs , Erik Walden and Reggie Wayne are listed as probable.

The Colts are 3 1/2-point underdogs.


Colts announce Week 15 inactives

(12/14/2014) The Colts designated the following players inactive for Sunday's game against the Texans: defensive back Jalil Brown, defensive tackle Montori Hughes, offensive tackle Andrew McDonald, linebacker Henoc Muamba, and guards Joe Reitz, A.Q. Shipley and Hugh Thornton.

(12/12/2014) Colts cornerback Vontae Davis is said to be in the final step of the league's concussion protocol and is on track to play Sunday's game against the Texans, coach Chuck Pagano said Friday. 

Davis, who has 32 tackles and three interceptions, missed last week's game with the injury. 

The Colts also declared guards Joe Reitz (ankle) and Hugh Thornton (knee) as out for Sunday's game against the Texans. 


Colts issue lengthy injury report for Week 4

(9/26/2014) Inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman (hamstring) is one of three Colts ruled out for Sunday against Tennessee. The others are fellow linebacker Mario Harvey (hamstring) and defensive tackle Arthur Jones (ankle).

The team's Friday injury report is extensive, though guard Hugh Thornton (ankle) is the lone player listed as doubtful. Deemed questionable are safety Colt Anderson (groin) and linebacker Andy Studebaker (hamstring).

The half-dozen probables are cornerbacks Greg Toler (ribs), Vontae Davis (ankle) and Darius Butler (neck), wideout T.Y. Hilton (ankle), guard Joe Reitz (ankle) and linebacker Erik Walden (knee).


Colts inactives Week 3

(9/21/2014) The Colts have listed WR Da'Rick Rogers, LB Jerrell Freeman, LB Chris Carter, OL Lance Louis, C Khaled Holmes, OL Joe Reitz and DL Arthur Jones as inactive Week 3 against the Jaguars. 

Both Freeman and Jones had been ruled out prior to the final report being released. Holmes was considered probable, while Jones was listed as questionable. The other three players are healthy scratches.

Listed as questionable are defensive tackle Ricky Jean Francois (ankle), wideout Hakeem Nicks (illness) and guard Joe Reitz (ankle). Cornerback Darius Butler (neck), wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (groin), offensive lineman Khaled Holmes (ankle) and cornerback Greg Toler (ribs).

(9/13/2014) Colts head coach Chuck Pagano told reporters Saturday that starting linebacker Jerrell Freeman (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Eagles.

It's a blow to the team's pass defense, as Freeman is regarded as the defense's best coverage linebacker. In his absence, the start will go to Josh McNary, of whom Pagano said, "The guy can flat out run and cover," per Colts.com. Offensive lineman Joe Reitz has also been ruled out for Monday's game.

(9/5/2014) The Colts have listed eight players on their injury report Friday heading into their Sunday night opener against Denver. But only guard Joe Reitz (ankle) has been ruled out.

Deemed questionable are free safety Sergio Brown (shoulder) offensive lineman Khaled Holmes (ankle) and outside linebacker Erik Walden (ankle). Center Jonotthan Harrison (hand) is the only probable listed with an injury. Veteran wideout Reggie Wayne, safety LaRon Landry and center Gosder Cherilus have merely been given a rest.


Joe Reitz carted off preseason finale with high ankle sprain

(8/28/2014) Colts offensive lineman Joe Reitz was taken to locker room on cart Thursday night against the Bengals with a left ankle injury. He underwent X-rays, which came back negative. He was diagnosed with a high ankle sprain.

The offensive players among them are linemen Jeffrey Linkenbach (quad), Joe Reitz (concussion) and Hugh Thornton (neck).

(2:04 pm ET) The Colts ruled out six injured players for Week 16 against the Chiefs Saturday, after initially listing them all as either doubtful or questionable on Friday's injury report.

Of those six, three are on the offensive line, as Jeffrey Linkenbach (quad), Joe Reitz (concussion) and Hugh Thornton (neck) were ruled out. The remainder come from the defensive side of the ball, as defensive linemen Montori Hughes (knee) and Ricky Jean Francois (foot), along with defensive back Sergio Brown (groin) were all ruled out as well.

That trio is defensive tackle Montori Hughes (knee) and Ricky Jean Francois (foot), offensive tackle Jeffrey Linkenbach (quad) and guard Joe Reitz (concussion). The other doubtful tag belongs to free safety Sergio Brown (groin).

(12/16/2013) Colts offensive lineman Joe Reitz suffered a concussion on the opening series Week 15 against the Texans and had to leave the game. Xavier Nixon took his place at right guard.

As of now, Reitz's status for Week 16 at Kansas City is unknown.
