Defensive backs Chris Davis (ankle) and Jahleel Addae (hamstring) will both miss Sunday's game, after being forced to miss the entire week in practice.

Additionally, defensive back Brandon Flowers (groin) and linebacker Melvin Ingram (hamstring) are both questionable for the game, as they were both limited in practice. Defensive linemen Corey Liuget and Sean Lissemore are both probable with ankle injuries.

(12/7/2013) Chargers linebacker Melvin Ingram (knee) has been able to practice in recent weeks, and may make his season debut in Week 14 against the Giants Sunday. Ingram was activated from the PUP list Saturday, and is now on the 53-man roster.

Ingram has yet to play this season, due to a torn ACL suffered in the offseason. He register 41 tackles and one sack while appearing in all 16 games as a rookie a year ago.

Melvin Ingram nearing return, but no timetable

by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com
(10/17/2013) Chargers linebacker Melvin Ingram has been able to work out on the sidelines during practice, but the team's first-round pick is not yet ready to return from a torn ACL.

He could be ready soon, though there is no indication as to when he might be brought off the PUP list, according to ESPN.com. Ingram is eligible to be activated, but the team has a five-week window to bring him back, and they might not be ready to make that decision just yet.

"Melvin's working extremely hard to get back," head coach Mike McCoy said Wednesday. "We're going to do what’s best for him and the rest of the team. If you asked Melvin, he would've told you a month and a half ago he could've played. But that's been his approach from the day he got hurt here, is that he would be back, and don't worry about it."

Ingram is just five months removed from surgery, a very limited time frame when judged against the 9-12 months this injury usually requires.
