Riley Reiff adds 10 pounds of muscle

by Dave Richard | Senior Fantasy Writer
(6/24/2013) Lions offensive tackle Riley Reiff has added 10 pounds of muscle to his frame this offseason in hopes of protecting quarterback Matthew Stafford's blind side. Reiff is moving to left tackle after playing on the right side for most of last season.

"Riley's doing great," Lions offensive coordinator Scott Linehan told the official team website during minicamp. "When we drafted him that was a role we envisioned for him. He's done a great job there and he's making progress every day. I hope he keeps making those steps every day of practice come training camp. We feel really, really confident in his ability to do a great job for us."

Reiff is one of three new starters on the Lions' offensive line.
