Harbaugh: Ravens' Rick Wagner will be back by training camp

(3/24/2015) Ravens tackle Rick Wagner , who suffered a season-ending foot injury in December, should be back by training camp in July.

Coach John Harbaugh, meeting with the media at the NFL Owners Meetings on Tuesday, said that the start of training camp was Wagner's target date, per the Baltimore Sun.

(1/12/2015) Ravens right tackle Ricky Wagner will miss the majority of the offseason program after having surgery late last month for a Lisfranc foot sprain. He's hoping to be ready for the 2015 season opener, reports the Baltimore Sun.

"I should come back for next season. That's the goal to get back for the first game," Wagner told the paper. "It's the kind of injury [where] you have to take it slow. It's not a career-changer. It just needs time to heal."

A fifth-round pick in the 2013 draft, Wagner allowed two sacks in 15 games and established himself as Baltimore's starter moving forward.

(12/25/2014) Ravens right tackle Ricky Wagner underwent successful surgery to fix a Lisfranc foot sprain, reports the Baltimore Sun. He suffered the injury in the Week 16 loss to Houston.

Wagner, who allowed two sacks and drew high marks from coaches in his first season as a starter, is expected to be ready for next season, the report said.

(12/23/2014) The Ravens announced a several roster moves on Tuesday, per the team's official website. The team moved tackle Ricky Wagner to injured reserve, ending his season due to a foot injury he suffered Week 16 against Houston. In a corresponding move, Baltimore added defensive end Steven Means to the 53-man active roster.

The Ravens also shuffled their practice squad, waiving defensive end Zach Thompson and signing tackle Nate Menkin and guard Joe Unga.

(12/22/2014) Ravens coach John Harbaugh was unable to provide any injury updates on offensive linemen Eugene Monroe and Ricky Wagner Monday during his press conference.

Monroe and Wagner were reportedly seen leaving the locker room in walking boots falling the Ravens loss to the Texans Sunday.

Wagner was carted off the field with a foot injury and was unable to return.

The Ravens take on the Browns in Week 17 and are currently 10-point favorites over Cleveland.

(12/21/2014) Ravens offensive tackles Eugene Monroe and Ricky Wagner were both seen leaving the locker room in walking boots after the Ravens’ 25-13 loss to the Texans Sunday, reports the NBC Sports Network.

Wagner had to be carted off the field with a foot injury and was not able to return to the game. Monroe was injured late in the game and had to receive attention from team trainers. Coach John Harbaugh did not provide any updates on their injuries after the game.

The Ravens host the Browns Week 17.

Wagner will not return to the game. Offensive lineman James Hurst replaced Wagner in the lineup.

(7/22/2014) The Ravens are prepared to enter the season with 2013 fifth-rounder Ricky Wagner as their right tackle, reports ESPN.com. Baltimore let Michael Oher leave in free agency and didn't add a significant offensive tackle.

Wagner played 12 percent of the offensive snaps last year as an extra blocker, and worked with the starters throughout the offseason. He'll have to fend off Ryan Jensen to keep the starting job.

"It's now Wagner's job to lose," the report said.
