Six Seahawks probables cleared for Week 12 action

(11/23/2014) Six Seahawks players listed as probable for Week 12's matchup with the Cardinals are active, including running back Marshawn Lynch (back), guard J.R. Sweezy (thigh), linebackers Bobby Wagner (toe) and Brock Coyle (glute), cornerback Byron Maxwell (calf) and defensive end Michael Bennett (not injury related).

(11/21/2014) The Seahawks have red-lighted center Max Unger (knee/ankle), defensive back Marcus Burley (hamstring) and linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis (shoulder) for their Week 12 game against Arizona. Defensive end Demarcus Dobbs (knee) is doubtful, but all else on their injury report have a good shot at playing.

Guard James Carpenter (ankle) is questionables while running back Marshawn Lynch (back), linebackers Bobby Wagner (toe) and Brock Coyle (glute), cornerback Byron Maxwell (calf) and guard J.R. Sweezy (thigh) are probable.

(11/21/2014) Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner plans on going full-bore upon his return to game action Sunday against Arizona. He has been out five games with a toe injury.

"I'm not planning to conserve energy," he told KJR-AM. "I'm planning to go out there and make as many plays as I possibly can."

(11/19/2014) Pete Carroll has announced that Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner took a positive step toward being active Sunday against Arizona by returning to practice Wednesday. Carroll added, however, that Wagner could be limited.

Wagner, who has missed the last five games with a toe injury, was on a tackle tear before going down. He averaged 10 per game through Week 6.

Wagner was the only player listed to be ruled out prior to the contest. Burley, Carpenter and Coyle all came into the game listed as doubtful. The other three players listed are considered healthy scratches.

(11/14/2014) The Seahawks have listed 11 players on its final injury report for Week 11 against the Chiefs. Bobby Wagner (toe) was the only player ruled out for Sunday. The team listed James Carpenter (ankle), Brock Coyle (glute) and Marcus Burley (hamstring) as doubtful.

Meanwhile, Marshawn Lynch (calf, rib), Jeremy Lane (groin) and Luke Willson (ankle) were deemed questionable. Kam Chancellor (groin), Michael Bennett (rest), Cooper Helfet (knee) and Malcolm Smith (groin) were all labeled probable.

(11/10/2014) In an interview on 710 AM ESPN Radio Seattle, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said that both safety Kam Chancellor (groin) and linebacker Malcolm Smith (groin) will return to practice this week. Linebacker Bobby Wagner (toe) may be limited to only running this week.

The Seahawks will face the Chiefs in Week 11.

Both Miller and Wagner had been ruled out prior to the contest. Chancellor, Smith and Carpenter were all listed as doubtful coming into the game. Both Terrell and Moeaki are healthy scratches.

(11/7/2014) The Seahawks have ruled out Zach Miller (ankle) and Bobby Wagner (toe) for Week 10 against the Giants. James Carpenter (ankle), Stephen Schilling (knee), Kam Chancellor (groin) and Malcolm Smith (groin) all missed practice Friday and were deemed doubtful for Sunday.

Marcus Burley (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice, while Byron Maxwell (calf) was a full participant Friday. Both were deemed questionable.

The following players were labeled probable: Russell Okung (calf), Doug Baldwin (groin), Max Unger (rest), O'Brien Schofield (head), Michael Bennett (toe), Marshawn Lynch (calf) and Jordan Hill (ankle).

(11/2/2014) The Seahawks have listed S Jeron Johnson, CB Byron Maxwell, LB Malcolm Smith, LB Bobby Wagner, LT Russell Okung, TE Zach Miller and DT Jordan Hill as inactive Week 9 against the Raiders. 

Okung came into the game questionable due to a calf injury. He will not play. The other six players listed were ruled out prior to Sunday.

(10/24/2014) The lengthy injury report released by the Seahawks on Friday for the Sunday game at Carolina has only ruled-out players and probables.

There are no surprises in either designation. All those who are out did not practice this week. That group consists of fullback Derrick Coleman (foot), defensive tackle Jordan Hill (ankle), cornerback Byron Maxwell (calf), tight end Zach Miller (ankle), center Max Unger (foot), linebacker Bobby Wagner (toe) and wideout Bryan Walters (concussion).

The probables are defensive end Michael Bennett (toe), strong safety Kam Chancellor (ankle), cornerback Tharold Simon (ankle), running back Robert Turbin (shoulder) and tight end Luke Willson (groin).

(10/17/2014) The Seahawks will be without the services of defensive tackle Jordan Hill (ankle), cornerback Byron Maxwell (calf), linebacker Bobby Wagner (toe), defensive end Cassius Marsh (foot), center Max Unger (foot) and tight end Zach Miller (ankle) in Week 7 at St. Louis. All six players were ruled out for Sunday's game.

Tight end Luke Willson (groin) was listed as questionable and is expected to be a game-time decision, coach Pete Carroll said.

Meanwhile, running back Marshawn Lynch (not injury related), offensive tackle Alvin Bailey (oblique), cornerback Tharold Simon (knee), defensive tackle Brandon Mebane (not injury related) and defensive end Michael Bennett (not injury related) were all ruled probable against the Rams.

Wagner led the charge with a game-high 14 tackles (six solo), including one tackle for loss in a 36-16 win. He registered double-digit tackles in a game four times last season and has posted at least 120 total tackles in each of his first two seasons in the league.
