(8/14/2014) Rams cornerbacks Trumaine Johnson and Brandon McGee, who who were held out of the preseason opener against New Orleans, will play Saturday against Green Bay, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on Thursday.

McGee is dealing with a foot injury. After sitting out of practice Wednesday, he was able to practice in full Thursday and Friday.

(12/8/2013) The Rams have made RB Daryl Richardson, CB Brandon McGee, C Scott Wells, G Shelley Smith, T Mike Person, DT Jermelle Cudjo and DE Gerald Rivers inactive Week 14 against the Cardinals. 

McGee was the only player listed on the team's injury report entering the game. He was questionable due to a foot injury.

Rams defense lists four on injury report

(11/29/2013) The Rams defense might be missing two players due to injury in Week 13 against the 49ers, though neither player was ruled out on Friday's injury report. Defensive backs T.J. McDonald (shin) and Brandon McGee (foot) are both considered questionable for Sunday's game.

The good news is, defensive lineman Eugene Sims (foot) and linebacker Will Witherspoon (not injury related) are both expected to play based on Friday's report.

Defensive backs Darian Stewart (foot) and Brandon McGee (illness), as well as defensive lineman Robert Quinn (illness) were all able to ply in Sunday's game.

While Stewart and McGee did not practice Thursday, both were able to fully participate Friday. Both Long and Wells practiced in full both days.

(10/6/2013) Rams cornerback Brandon McGee is active for the Week 5 game against the Jaguars Sunday from St. Louis. McGee was considered probable on Friday's official injury report due to a thigh injury. He showed major improvement throughout the week and is active for the game. McGee does not have a tackle in four games.

Sterling Moore among Cowboys cut

(8/31/2013) Cornerback Sterling Moore, who has earned some playing time with New England and Dallas, has been cut by the Cowboys. Moore played in five games in both 2011 and 2012. Another significant cut by the team is wide receiver Anthony Armstrong, who has 54 career catches.

Others waived by Dallas are the following: quarterback Alex Tanney, tackles Demetress Bell and Edawn Coughman, defensive backs Micah Pellerin, Xavier Brewer and Jakar Hamilton, linebackers Brandon McGee, Cameron Lawrence, Caleb McSurdy and Taylor Reed, running back Kendial Lawrence, defensive tackle Jerome Long, defensive ends Thaddeus Gibson and Jabari Fletcher, guard Ray Dominguez, wide receivers Tim Benford and Danny Coale, defensive lineman Jason Vega and center Kevin Kowalski
