Eagles defenders suit up

(12/22/2013) Eagles safety Earl Wolff (knee), cornerback Brandon Boykin (concussion), linebacker Najee Goode (hamstring) and linebacker Mychal Kendricks (knee) are active against the Bears after being listed as probable. Wolff returns after missing four straight games.

(12/20/2013) The Eagles have ruled CB Brandon Boykin, LB Najee Goode, LB Mychal Kendricks, WR Brad Smith and S Earl Wolff as probable Week 16 against the Bears.

Both Goode and Smith are dealing with hamstring injuries. Kendricks and Wolff are trying to get over knee issues. Boykin has a concussion. 


Eagles inactives Week 15

(12/15/2013) The Eagles have listed QB Matt Barkley, S Earl Wolff, CB Curtis Marsh, RB Matthew Tucker, LB Najee Goode, OL Matt Tobin and OL Dennis Kelly as inactive Week 15 against the Vikings.

Both Wolff and Goode were listed as doubtful on the team's injury report Friday. The other five players are healthy scratches.

(12/13/2013) The Eagles have listed two players as doubtful Week 15 against the Vikings.

Safery Earl Wolff and line backer Najee Goode are unlikely to play Week 15. Wolff has been limited with a knee injury, though was able to get through full practice Friday. Goode has a hamstring injury, and was also able to practice in full Friday.

(12/8/2013) Safety Earl Wolff (knee) and linebacker Najee Goode (hamstring) are the lone injured players on the inactive list submitted by the Eagles on Sunday.

Their healthy scratches are quarterback Matt Barkley, tackles Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly, running back Matthew Tucker and cornerback Curtis Marsh.

Wolff has been dealing with a knee injury, and has already missed two games due to the injury. Goode has a hamstring injury.

(9/1/2013) The Buccaneers claimed defensive tackle Chris Jones off waivers from the Texans and wideout Russell Shepard off waivers from the Eagles. To make room, Tampa Bay released wideout Tiquan Underwood and waived linebacker Najee Goode.

In addition, the Bucs signed seven players to their practice squad: cornerback Deveron Carr, offensive lineman Jace Daniels, linebacker Ka’lial Glaud, defensive tackle Matthew Masifilo, tight end Danny Noble, wide receiver Chris Owusu and offensive tackle Mike Remmers.


Barron headlines Bucs' draft


(5/10/2012) The Buccaneers added more quality talent to their defense in the NFL draft, selecting Alabama strong safety Mark Barron with their first pick. They backed him up with Nebraska linebacker Lavonte David, West Virginia linebacker Najee Goode and West Virginia cornerback Keith Tandy. And in the days following the draft it was learned that the Bucs are likely to move Ronde Barber to safety.
