Cardinals' Andre Ellington among actives for Week 13

(11/30/2014) The Cardinals will have running back Andre Ellington Week 13 against the Falcons.

Ellington has been batting a foot injury all season, but has been able to play through it. He's also dealing with a hip issue this week, but will play.

The team will also have Lorenzo Alexander, Marcus Benard, John Brown and Drew Stanton for the contest. All four players came into the contest listed as probable.

(11/28/2014) The Cardinals ruled Kenny Demens (hamstring) and Ed Stinson (toe) out for Sunday's game against Atlanta. Larry Fitzgerald, who is dealing with a MCL sprain, is the only player on Arizona's list deemed questionable. Coach Bruce Arians told reporters Fitzgerald will be a game-time call.

Meanwhile, the following players were designated as probable: Lorenzo Alexander (knee), Marcus Benard (shoulder), John Brown (teeth), Andre Ellington (hip, foot) and Drew Stanton (ankle).

(11/9/2014) Cardinals running back Andre Ellington is good to go Week 10 against the Rams.

Ellington has been battling a foot injury all season, but has managed to play through it. The team will also have Lorenzo Alexander, Marcus Benard, Larry Foote and Bobby Massie. All four players were also listed as probable. 

The team's only questionable player, Ed Stinson, will attempt to tough it out. He's dealing with a groin injury.

(11/7/2014) The Cardinals have ruled Desmond Bishop (hamstring), Stepfan Taylor (calf) out for Sunday's game against the Rams. Ed Stinson (groin) was labeled questionable, while Lorenzo Alexander (knee), Marcus Benard (illness), Andre Ellington (foot), Larry Foote (knee) and Bobby Massie (ankle, knee) were ruled probable for Week 10.

Marcus Bernard returning to Arizona

(3/12/2014) Though the Cardinals allowed him to become an unrestricted free agent, the team ended up bringing linebacker Marcus Bernard back in the end. The team's official website reports Bernard has been re-signed on a one-year deal, the financial terms of which are not yet known. 

Bernard finished the 2013 season with 17 tackles and 2.5 sacks in 12 games.

All five players were able to fully participate in practice Friday. Both Bernard and Minter are dealing with a shoulder injury. 


Marcus Benard, Calais Campbell collaborate on a sack

Benard now has 1.5 sacks on the season, while Campbell has six. 

The Cardinals face the Rams in Week 14.
