by Bill Passonno | CBSSports.com
(12/23/2012) San Diego running back Curtis Brinkley was held to three total yards during the Chargers' 27-17 win over the Jets in Week 16. With Ryan Mathews out with an injury, Brinkley, who served behind Jackie Battle and Ronnie Brown, had just one carry for three yards while also failing to collect a target in the passing game. Battle finished with 49 yards on 19 carries and Brown tacked on 31 yards while earning five rushing attempts.
