Seahawks list inactives for Week 14

(12/7/2014) The Seahawks have listed Bryan Walters, Jeremy Lane, Allen Bradford, Max Unger, Travian Robertson, Cooper Helfet and RaShaun Allen as inactive for Week 14 against the Eagles.

Helfet came into the contest listed as doubtful due to an ankle injury. Lane was questionable with a glute issue. The other five players listed are healthy scratches. 


Seahawks announce several roster moves Tuesday

(11/4/2014) The Seahawks announced several roster moves on Tuesday, per the team's official website. The team will keep defensive back Eric Pinkins (foot) on the reserve/non-football injury list for the remainder of the season.

Seattle waived tight end Brett Brackett and wide receiver Chris Matthews from the practice squad and signed tight end Tony Moeaki and wide receiver Bryan Walters to the 53-man roster. The team also added safety Dion Bailey and wide receiver Jalen Saunders to the practice squad.


Marshawn Lynch, Richard Sherman good to go for Seahawks

Both players came into the contest listed as probable, and were always expected to play. The team will also have Michael Bennett, James Carpenter, Tharold Simon and Bryan Walters. All four players were also listed as probable.

(10/31/2014) Six Seahawks have been deemed probable for the Sunday game against Oakland, including featured back Marshawn Lynch (not injury related) and standout cornerback Richard Sherman (back). The others are defensive end Michael Bennett (toe), guard James Carpenter (back), cornerback Tharold Simon (knee) and wideout Bryan Walters (concussion).

(10/26/2014) The Seahawks have listed LB Bobby Wagner, TE Zach Miller , CB Byron Maxwell, OL Max Unger, DT Jordan Hill, WR Bryan Walters and OL Andrew McDonald as inactive Week 8 against the Panthers. 

McDonald is the only player on the list that wasn't ruled out prior to Sunday. He appears to be a healthy scratch.

(10/24/2014) The lengthy injury report released by the Seahawks on Friday for the Sunday game at Carolina has only ruled-out players and probables.

There are no surprises in either designation. All those who are out did not practice this week. That group consists of fullback Derrick Coleman (foot), defensive tackle Jordan Hill (ankle), cornerback Byron Maxwell (calf), tight end Zach Miller (ankle), center Max Unger (foot), linebacker Bobby Wagner (toe) and wideout Bryan Walters (concussion).

The probables are defensive end Michael Bennett (toe), strong safety Kam Chancellor (ankle), cornerback Tharold Simon (ankle), running back Robert Turbin (shoulder) and tight end Luke Willson (groin).


Seahawks' pass catchers do little Week 6

(10/12/2014) The Seahawks' passing game was atrocious in Week 6. Aside from Jermaine Kearse, who caught three passes for 62 yards, no other wideout or tight end had more than two catches or 32 yards.

Receiver Doug Baldwin caught two of three targets for 32 yards, while tight end Luke Willson secured two of six targets for 11 yards. Wideout Ricardo Lockette had an 8-yard catch, tight end Cooper Helfet a 7-yarder.

Receiver Bryan Walters mustered a 5-yard grab on three targets.


Seahawks get contributions from several role players Week 3

(9/21/2014) The Seahawks received contributions from several role players in a Week 3 overtime win over the Broncos.

Robert Turbin was limited to only two carries for one yard. He caught his only target for a 4-yard gain. Bryan Walters had two catches for 22 yards, while Zach Miller caught two passes for 12 yards. Derrick Coleman and Paul Richardson were each limited to one grab. Coleman had 12 receiving yards, while Richardson finished with seven.

(9/14/2014) The Seahawks backup pass catchers did little Week 2 against the Chargers.

Tight end Zach Miller had just one catch for 22 yards. He made a bigger negative impact, as he was called on three different penalties during the contest. 

Bryan Walters caught two balls, picking up 17 yards. Ricardo Lockette didn't catch a pass during the contest, but did have one rush for 2 yards. 

They'll take on the Broncos Week 3.
