Colts list T.Y. Hilton, Vontae Davis as questionable for Sunday

(12/19/2014) The Colts revealed wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) and cornerback Vontae Davis (groin) are being listed as questionable for Sunday’s game at Dallas.

While Hilton was not able to practice at all this week, Davis was a limited participant in Thursday and Friday’s practice.

The Colts ruled Gosder Cherilus (groin), Joe Reitz (ankle) and Hugh Thornton (knee) as out. While Josh Cribbs , Erik Walden and Reggie Wayne are listed as probable.

The Colts are 3 1/2-point underdogs.

(12/12/2014) Colts cornerback Vontae Davis is said to be in the final step of the league's concussion protocol and is on track to play Sunday's game against the Texans, coach Chuck Pagano said Friday. 

Davis, who has 32 tackles and three interceptions, missed last week's game with the injury. 

The Colts also declared guards Joe Reitz (ankle) and Hugh Thornton (knee) as out for Sunday's game against the Texans.

(12/5/2014) Colts tight end Dwayne Allen (ankle) and wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) are among the notable probables for Indianapolis heading into their Week 14 clash against Cleveland.

Center Jonotthan Harrison (illness), defensive tackle Arthur Jones (illness), nose tackle Zach Kerr (illness), defensive end Cory Redding (knee) and outside linebacker Erik Walden (knee) were all listed as probable.

Safety Mike Adams (back), cornerback Jalil Brown (ankle) and return specialist Josh Cribbs (knee) were all deemed questionable. Meanwhile, Vontae Davis (concussion), tackle Xavier Nixon (foot), outside linebacker Andy Studebaker (hamstring) and guard Hugh Thornton (knee) were ruled out for Sunday's game.

(12/1/2014) Colts coach Chuck Pagano told reporters during Monday's news conference guard Hugh Thornton remains week to week with an MCL sprain, WFNI-AM in Indianapolis reports. Thornton suffered the injury Week 11 against the New England.

(11/24/2014) Colts coach Chuck Pagano told reporters that right guard Hugh Thornton has been diagnosed with an MCL sprain, per the team'f official website. Thornton was forced out of Week 12 against the Jaguars in the third quarter with a knee injury. Pagano would not confirm who would replace Thornton moving forward. Thornton is considered day to day.

(11/4/2014) Colts coach Chuck Pagano benched starting right guard Hugh Thornton Monday against the Giants for apparent disciplinary reasons, according to The Indianapolis Star.

Thornton was not injured and practiced all week leading up to the game. However, he was sidelined when the game began and replaced by Lance Louis in the starting lineup.

"We wouldn't speak about it outside our facility," Pagano said when asked for details.

Pagano wouldn't reveal if Thornton's benching would last more than one game.

"Time will tell," he said.

That could prove problematic considering the presence on the opposite side of Houston stud defensive end J.J. Watt.

Mewhort will miss his second straight game with an ankle injury. Thornton has been red-lighted with a back issue.
