Montee Ball, Ronnie Hillman a no-go for Broncos in Week 12

(11/21/2014) The Broncos have ruled running backs Montee Ball (groin) and Ronnie Hillman (foot) out for Sunday's game against Miami, according to Denver's final injury report for Week 12. The team also listed tight ends Virgil Green (calf) and Julius Thomas (ankle) as questionable.

Meanwhile, the following players were deemed probable: David Bruton (ankle), Quinton Carter (knee), Ryan Clady (groin), Britton Colquitt (illness), Paul Cornick (shoulder), Emmanuel Sanders (concussion), Steven Johnson (ankle) and Juwan Thompson (knee).

(11/16/2014) Seven Broncos who had been deemed probable are set to play Week 11 against St. Louis, including running back Montee Ball (groin). The others are safety Quinton Carter (knee), offensive linemen Ryan Clady (groin), Paul Cornick (shoulder) and Orlando Franklin (knee), linebacker Steven Johnson (ankle) and running back Juwan Thompson (knee).

(11/14/2014) The Broncos have ruled out running back Ronnie Hillman (foot) for their Sunday game in St. Louis and tight end Virgil Green (knee) is doubtful, but the team is otherwise quite healthy. The only other players on their Friday injury report are probable.

That group includes running backs Juwan Thompson (knee) and Montee Ball (groin), safety Quinton Carter (knee), offensive linemen Ryan Clady (groin), Paul Cornick (shoulder) and Orlando Franklin (knee) and linebacker Steven Johnson (ankle).


Broncos issue injury report with just one ruled out

(11/7/2014) Linebacker Nate Irving (knee) is the lone Broncos player ruled out for the Sunday game in Oakland. Only running back Montee Ball (groin), tackle Paul Cornick (shoulder) and tight end Virgil Green (calf) are questionable.

The probables are headlined by wideout Wes Welker (back). The others are safety Quinton Carter (hamstring), linebacker Steven Johnson (ankle), kicker Brandon McManus (groin) and running back Juwan Thompson (knee).

(11/2/2014) The Broncos have listed Montee Ball, Quinton Carter, Virgil Green, Kapri Bibbs , Steven Johnson, Ben Garland and Michael Schofield as inactive Week 9 against the Patriots. 

Ball is still dealing with a groin injury, and won't play. Carter, Green and Johnson all entered the contest considered questionable. All three were ruled out Sunday.

(10/20/2014) Broncos head coach John Fox provided an injury update on the status of defensive back Omar Bolden and linebacker Steven Johnson during his Monday news conference, per the Denver Post. Johnson is dealing with a mild ankle sprain, and Bolden suffered a concussion. Bolden will go through the league's concussion protocol and will need to be medically cleared by Thursday's showdown against the Chargers.
