Bears list three as probable for game against Buccaneers

(11/21/2014) Standout wideout Alshon Jeffery (hamstring) and Brandon Marshall (ankle) are not the only probables on the injury listed submitted Friday by the Bears for their Week 12 game against Tampa Bay. Defensive tackle Ego Ferguson (illness) has also received that designation.

The team has already ruled out defensive end Trevor Scott (knee), wide receiver Chris Williams (hamstring) and linebacker Darryl Sharpton (hamstring). Offensive linemen Jordan Mills (ribs)and Eben Britton (illness) are questionable, as is cornerback Demontre Hurst (knee).

(11/16/2014) The Bears have listed Jordan Mills, Josh Morgan, Terrance Mitchell, Darryl Sharpton, Eben Britton, Trevor Scott and Blake Annen as inactive Week 11 against the Vikings.

Both Scott and Sharpton had been ruled out prior to Sunday's game. Mills was considered doubtful due to a rib injury, while Morgan was questionable with a shoulder issue. Mitchell was probable due to an illness, but will not go.

(11/14/2014) The Bears listed 10 players on its final injury report for Week 11 against Minnesota. Eben Britton (illness), Trevor Scott (knee) and Darryl Sharpton (hamstring) were all ruled out for Sunday. Jordan Mills (ribs) and Josh Morgan (shoulder) were unable to practice this week. Morgan is questionable, while Mills is doubtful.

Meanwhile, Martellus Bennett (ribs), Tim Jennings (knee), Brandon Marshall (ankle) Terrance Mitchell (ullness) and Cornelius Washington (illness) were all deemed probable.

(11/7/2014) The Bears have listed nine players on its final injury report leading up to Week 10 against the Packers. Eben Britton (illness), Darryl Sharpton (hamstring) and Matt Slauson (out) were all ruled out for Sunday.

Martellus Bennett (ribs) is the only player questionable on the list, but already told reporters he'll "probably" play.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Bostic (back), Lance Briggs (ribs), Kyle Fuller (hip, hand), Danny McCray (knee) and Jordan Mills (foot) were all deemed probable.

(11/5/2014) The Bears scrapped their plan to move right tackle Jordan Mills to left guard, reports the Chicago Tribune. Now it appears the Bears will replace left guard Matt Slauson, who's out for the year with a torn pectoral muscle, with Michael Ola, the report said.

(11/3/2014) The Bears are moving right tackle Jordan Mills to left guard to replace Matt Slauson, who tore his pectoral muscle Week 8 at New England, reports the Chicago Tribune. Michael Ola will start at right tackle, the paper said.

"My team needs me to play a [new] position -- I'm going to do it," Mills told the paper.

(10/27/2014) With Bears offensive lineman Matt Slauson out for the season with a torn pectoral muscle, the team could shift Jordan Mills from right tackle to left guard, according to the Chicago Tribune. In fact, according to the paper, the team had already laid out plans to shift Mills at guard when they drafted him out of Louisiana Tech in 2013.

(10/26/2014) The Bears have listed LB Lance Briggs, LB Jon Bostic, OL Jordan Mills, S Danny McCray, CB Terrance Mitchell, DB Ahmad Dixon and OL Charles Leno, Jr. as inactive Week 8 against the Patriots. 

The Bears will be without a couple notable defensive players. Both Briggs and Bostic will need more time to recover, leaving the team thin at linebacker. Jordan Mills will also miss the contest, hurting the offensive line.

The only other Bear not listed as probable on their Friday injury report is tackle Jordan Mills (foot), who is questionable. The probables are wideout Wallace Williams (illness), safety Chris Conte (shoulder), tight end Martellus Bennett (hamstring) and cornerback Kyle Fuller (hip).

(10/17/2014) The Bears have ruled linebacker Lance Briggs (ribs) and defensive back Chris Conte (shoulder) out for Week 7 at home against Miami. Linebacker Jon Bostic, who is nursing a back injury, was the only player listed as questionable on the injury report for Chicago.

The following players have been ruled probable for Sunday: Tackle Jermon Bushrod (knee, ankle), safety Ahmad Dixon (hamstring), running back Matt Forte (not injury related), linebacker Shea McClellin (hand), cornerback Sherrick McManis (quadricep, knee), tackle Jordan Mills (foot), defensive tackle Stephen Paea (not injury related) and linebacker D.J. Williams (neck).

"My foot is doing great," he said. "I’m taking it day by day. I should be back soon, hopefully next week."

Mills underwent surgery in January to repair a fractured metatarsal. he will not play in Friday's game against the Seahawks.
