News: The Jaguars were awarded a waiver claim on linebacker Nate Bussey, who was most recently with the Saints in training camp. The team cut Charles Gilbert to make room.
Analysis: Bussey was the last pick by the Saints in the 2011 Draft, but he spent the entire season on the practice squad. The Jaguars may provide him with a chance to make the active roster, but he has no track record to go on right now, so Fantasy owners should ignore him in all formats.
News: In addition to first-round pick Cameron Jordan and third-round pick Martez Wilson, the Saints drafted the following players in April: Louisville CB Johnny Patrick (Round 3), Pitt DE Greg Romeus (Round 7) and Illinois LB Nate Bussey (Round 7).
Analysis: None of these three players are expected to help the Saints defense in 2011, and all three are fairly buried on the depth chart. They'll all get most of their work on special teams. Keep them off of Fantasy rosters since their production won't be especially high anytime soon.
