Titans say goodbye to several players

News: Notable Titans players cut on Friday include: WR Devin Aguilar, TE Brandon Barden, DT Zach Clayton, NT Lamar Divens, DB Aaron Francisco, TE Cameron Graham, CB Chris Hawkins, WR James Kirkendoll, FB Collin Mooney, WR Michael Preston, DT Malcolm Sheppard, DB Tracy Wilson and WR D.J. Woods.
Analysis: None of these players were or are expected to put up good enough stats in the first place. Leave them all off rosters.

Titans draft for defense

News: Jake Locker might have been the Titans' top pick in the 2011 draft, but six of the team's picks were on the defensive side of the ball. In addition to second-round pick Akeem Ayers, the Titans drafted USC DT Jurrell Casey (Round 3), Miami LB Colin McCarthy (Round 4), Iowa DE Karl Klug (Round 4), Auburn DT Zach Clayton (Round 7) and California (PA) safety Tommie Campbell.
Analysis: The rookie to watch from this group is McCarthy, who could get fast-tracked to the field thanks to his versatility. He's worth a late-round pick in dynasty/keeper leagues and rookie-only drafts. No one else is expected to be productive enough to warrant Fantasy use.
