News: The Jaguars spent four draft picks on defense in April, none higher than the second-round choice on Clemson defensive end Andre Branch. Joining him are Nevada linebacker Brandon Marshall, FSU cornerback Mike Harris and Ashland defensive tackle Jeris Pendleton.
Analysis: Branch is a big, lanky pass rusher who had an ACC-leading 10.5 sacks last year. Marshall is a hard hitter who should contribute on special teams right away. Harris and Pendleton will provide capable depth. Of these defenders, only Branch is worth a late pick in dynasty/keeper leagues and a mid-to-late pick in rookie-only drafts.
