News:The Tennessean reports the Titans added tight end Brandon Barden to the 53-man roster Thursday.
Analysis: The Titans need some depth at tight end after losing starter Jared Cook for the season. Barden could be in the mix for reps, but leave him on Fantasy waivers until further notice.
News: The Titans continued trimming their roster Friday in preparation for the regular season and released the following players: wide receivers Michael Preston, James Kirkendoll, D.J. Woods and Devin Aguilar; running back Collin Mooney; defensive backs Chris Hawkins and Tracy Wilson; defensive lineman Malcolm Sheppard; and tight ends Cameron Graham and Brandon Barden.
Analysis: Some of these players were able to make an early impression in training camp and survive the first round of cuts. However, neither of them were ultimately expected to make a Fantasy impact this season and should be left on waivers at this point.
