Jaguars pare down their roster
News: The Jaguars cut the following players on Friday: DE Kendrick Adams, WR Mike Brown, TE Colin Cloherty, DE Ryan Davis, CB Antonio Dennard, S Courtney Greene, DT Corvey Irvin, DB Rod Issac, LB Joshua Jones, CB Trumaine McBride, RB Richard Murphy, QB Jordan Palmer, DE Odrick Ray (waived/injured), LB J.K. Schaffer, FB Will Ta’ufo’ou, CB Leigh Torrence and WR Demetrius Williams.
Analysis: None of these players were or are expected to put up good enough stats in the first place. Leave them all off rosters.
