Justin Tucker finishes with eight points in Week 4 win

(9/28/2014) Ravens kicker Justin Tucker finished with eight points during a 38-10 win Week 4 vs. Carolina. He has managed at least eight points in his last three games.

Tucker missed a 57-yard field goal wide left just before halftime. He then converted a 30-yard field goal in the fourth quarter. He made all five of his extra points in the win.

The Ravens are back in action Week 5 at Indianapolis.

(9/21/2014) Ravens placekicker Justin Tucker  proved perfect in three field goal attempts Sunday in Cleveland. The last of the trio that sailed through the uprights from 32 yards out gave his team the victory.

Tucker hit from 38 to open the scoring and added a 21-yarder with five minutes left in the game before his final heroics. He also made both of his extra-point tries.

He will seek perfection again in Week 4 with Carolina coming to town.

(9/12/2014) Ravens kicker Justin Tucker picked up four field goals Week 2 against the Steelers.

Tucker got in a lot of work during the contest. After hitting an early extra point attempt, Tucker also nailed a 30 yard field goal to open the second quarter. After hitting his second extra point, Tucker got most of his work. On the Ravens next three drives, Tucker managed to hit three field goals. He hit from 20, 22 and 23 yards out. 

Tucker will take on the Browns Week 3.

(9/7/2014) Ravens kicker Justin Tucker had a quiet season opener Sunday, in a 23-16 loss to the Bengals.

Tucker attempted two field goals and made just one, from 38 yards out, in the loss. He also made his lone extra-point in the game.

The Ravens take on the Steelers Thursday night in Week 2.

(12/27/2013) The NFL unveiled the Pro Bowl rosters for 2014Friday, and they come with a twist; for the first time, selections were made without regard for conference. The teams will be chosen via televised draft Jan. 22.

The special teams selections are as follows:

Punter: Brandon Fields, Dolphins; Johnny Hekker, Rams.

Placekicker: Matt Prater, Broncos; Justin Tucker, Ravens.

Punt returner: Antonio Brown, Steelers; Dexter McCluster, Chiefs.

Special teamer: Justin Bethel, Cardinals; Matthew Slater, Patriots.


Justin Tucker sees FG streak come to an end

(12/22/2013) Ravens kicker Justin Tucker saw a streak of 33 consecutive field goals come to an end during Sunday’s loss to the Patriots in Week 16.

A week after drilling six field goals, including a 63-yard kick, Tucker missed a 37-yard shot early in the fourth quarter. He finished the game 0 for 1 in field goal attempts and added one extra point in a 41-7 defeat.

(12/16/2013) Ravens kicker Justin Tucker nailed six field goals -- including a game-winning, franchise-record 61-yarder with 38 seconds remaining -- in the Monday night win at Detroit. "My Fantasy team is benefitting from it as well," he told ESPN, "and I hope my Fantasy owners appreciate it as well."

Tucker has converted 33 straight field goals, three shy of the Ravens' record set by Matt Stover. Against the Lions he was true from 29, 24, 32, 49, 53 and 61 yards. The six field goals set a franchise recorrd.

Tucker will continue his amazing season Week 16 vs. the Patriots.


Justin Tucker doesn't attempt field goal Week 14

(12/8/2013) Ravens kicker Justin Tucker settled for three extra points during a 29-26 win Week 14 vs. Minnesota. Tucker didn't even get to attempt a field goal, which is the first time that's happened to Tucker all season.

The three points was his lowest output since totaling two points Week 2 against the Browns. Tucker had averaged 14.5 points in his previous two games.

The Ravens are back in action Week 15 at Detroit.

(11/29/2013) Ravens kicker Justin Tucker accounted for 16 points and played a huge role in a 22-20 win over the Steelers. Tucker nailed all five of his field-goal tries, bringing his successful streak to 27 makes. Tucker connected from 43, 34, 38, 45 and 48 yards, while adding a lone point after touchdown in the win.

Tucker missed two field goals in the second game of the season, but has been perfect otherwise. He enters Week 14 against the Vikings 29 for 31 on the season.

(11/24/2013) Ravens kicker Justin Tucker was a perfect 4 for 4 on field goals Week 12 against the Jets, kicking a 26-yarder, a 30-yarder, a 33-yarder and a season-long 53-yarder. He also had one extra point. It was his second game with four field goals this season and his ninth straight without a miss. He's a perfect 22 for 22 during that stretch.

The Ravens host the Steelers in Week 13.

Tucker was able to fight through the bad weather, hitting on his only two chances. On both attempts, Tucker had the wind at his back. He hit from 21 and 52 yards out. Tucker also hit two extra points. He'll look for more Week 12 against the Jets.

Tucker was good from 42, 50, 25 and 44 yards, the latter of which proved to be the game winner. He added two successful extra-point attempts.

Tucker is 11 for 13 on the season, while adding 12 extra points. He is averaging nine points through the first five games of the season.

"Fact of the matter is I just missed two balls today," Tucker said. "I'm not worried. I'm hitting the ball well."

Tucker will get his chance at redemption when the Ravens return to action Week 3 vs. Houston.
