Packers select center Corey Linsley

(5/10/2014) With the 161st pick of the NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers selected center Corey Linsley from Ohio State.

Linsley started his final 26 collegiate games and was an all-Big Ten first team center last season. He will likely compete with JC Tretter and Garth Gerhart for the center job.

(12/15/2013) Quarterback Aaron Rodgers (collarbone) is the headliner on the injury report released Sunday by the Packers. Defensive end Jarel Worthy (knee) and offensive lineman JC Tretter (ankle) are also injured players on the list.

The healthy scratches are defensive end C.J. Wilson, guard Lane Taylor, tight end Jake Stoneburner and linebacker Nate Palmer.

Pass rusher Mike Neal (undisclosed), offensive tackle Derek Sherrod (leg), defensive end Jerel Worthy (torn ACL), lineman J.C. Tretter (ankle), safety Sean Richardson (neck) and safety Chaz Powell (undisclosed). Jamari Lattimore was also placed on the Non-Football Injury list.
